TJF-AZ

1.Display: display real-time height, speed, load, inclination, wind speed, oil pressure and other key parameters of traveling
block and rig system.
2.Alarm: when the traveling block exceeds the alarm setting height and speed, load, inclination, wind speed, oil pressure exceeds
the settings, the Device sends out continuous sound and light alarm signals.
3.Automatic brake: when the traveling block exceeds the brake setting height, the solenoid valve acts to cut off the accelerator
and the cylinder clutch, the brake works, and the roller stops rotating immediately.
4.Anti smashing: when the lowering of the traveling block elevator exceeds zero point, the solenoid valve acts to cut off the
accelerator and the cylinder clutch, the brake works, and the roller stops rotating immediately to prevent smashing.
5.Deceleration and speed limit: when the traveling block goes up or down beyond the speed limit point and exceeds the set maximum
speed, the Device automatically slows it down and gives an alarm.
6.Maintenance free power storage (optional): the Device can work normally for more than 5 hours after power failure.
7.Soft landing: when the traveling block is lowered to 4 meters away from the wellhead, the Device automatically slows it down
gradually and gives an alarm, so that the elevator can fall steadily to the wellhead.
8.Automatic memory: only need to set the alarm height and brake height once, no need to reset after power failure. 9.Anti
overturning function of derrick / vehicle: display the inclination of derrick / vehicle in real time, and alarm immediately when

10.Overload protection of hydraulic system: in case of overpressure of hydraulic system, the Device automatically alarms,
overflows and protects the hydraulic system and actuator.
