Description

 

XSG flash dryer with agitation is new style drying equipment that is improved, researched and manufactured by us on the basis of absorbing advanced aboard technology, it is used for drying raw material such as paste state, filtering cake, , thermal sensitive powder and particle. We have superior laboratory where can take test with different materials for customer providing test data and help customer to choose suitable model.

 

Principle of work

 

The hot air enters in to the bottom of the dryer in tangent direction, Under the driving of the stirrer, a powerful rotating wind area is formed. The paste state materials enter into the dryer through the screw charger. Under the powerful effect of stirring at high -speed rotation , the materials are distributed under function of strike, friction and shearing force. The block state materials will soon be smashed and contact with hot air fully and the materials are heated and dried. The dried materials after dewatering will go up with the hot air flow. The grading wings will stop and keep the big particles. Small particles will be discharged out of the dryer from the ring center and will be collected in the cyclone separator and dust collector. The not fully dried or big pieces materials
