EGG TRAY MAKING MACHINE
The main raw material for the production of pulp molded egg tray equipment is waste paper. Under the action of shearing force and water friction, the waste paper is put into a hydraulic pulper and decomposed into pulp fibers. Pulp fibers enter the pulp tank. Then remove the impurities in the fiber slurry. At the same time, the slurry should be further ground. To make the egg tray machine waterproof, it is also necessary to add waterproof additives. The slurry is then diluted to a certain concentration, and then pumped into the slurry tank of the molding machine. When the molding mold on the top of the pulp box is immersed in the slurry, the slurry is absorbed under the vacuum suction on the back of the molding mold and gathered on the surface of the mold. Due to the unique surface filtration and hollow structure of the mold, the pulp fibers in the assembled slurry adhere to the surface of the mold while the water is pumped away. The thickness of the fiber layer attached to the surface of the mold is about 2.5 mm. It contains about 60-75% water and needs to be sent to the drying line for water drying. Dry egg tray equipment is a finished product and is only used for plastic packaging and storage. There are many types of egg tray equipment, and various industrial packaging (pulp molding) can be produced by changing different molds. Because the entire production process is to recycle waste and reuse, without discharging pollution sources, it is called green environmental protection machinery. The egg tray machine is mainly composed of a forming machine, a hydraulic crusher, a vacuum dehydrator, an air compressor and a drying box.
