Reverberatory Type Furnace

The furnace shell is fabricated from steel plates and sectional steel, and is necessarily reinforced.

The melting chamber is lined with quality casting material and heat preservation material.

The roof and upper part of furnace walls are built with Grade-one high-alumina bricks. Heat insulation materials are silicate aluminum board and light bricks.

Crucible Type Furnace

Furnace shell is fabricated from steel plates and sectional steel while the furnace cover from cast iron material.

Refractory lining is built with once forming casting materia. The heat insulation layer is comprised of Grade One silicate aluminum fiber and light refractory bricks.

The emergency outlet: There is one emergency outlet at the furnace bottom in case the crucible broken.

Rotary Type Furnace

The furnace base is made of 20# I steel and 20# channel steel, which is used for supporting the whole furnace body.

The furnace shell is made of 8mm carbon steel drum.

The Furnace lining adopts the first-class high aluminum castable material for furnace hearth and ceramic fiber for insulation layer;
