Industrial glucose (cultured industrial glucose) is also called whole sugar powder. White lumpy solid, sweet taste. Solid content ≥80%, DE value ≥95, products are widely used in sewage treatment, medicine, chemical industry, food, microbial fermentation and other industries.
Performance characteristics:

2. Fast hydrolysis and weak hydration. The alum formed is dense and the sedimentation speed is fast.

1. As a water quality stabilizer, its advantages and disadvantages are as follows:
(1) it has obvious coordination effect and is applicable to various formulas such as molybdenum, silicon, phosphorus, tungsten and nitrite. Due to the influence of coordination effect, the corrosion inhibition effect is greatly improved;
⑵ contrary to the general corrosion inhibitor, the corrosion inhibition rate increases with the increase of temperature;
(3) scale inhibition technical requirements: it has strong complexation ability for calcium, magnesium and iron salts, especially for Fe3 +;
(4) As a corrosion and scale inhibitor for circulating cooling water, it is unmatched by other corrosion and scale inhibitors currently used, and can achieve the effect of eliminating public hazards;
2. For the food industry, it can be used as a food additive because it can effectively prevent the occurrence of low sodium syndrome. Sodium gluconate and potassium gluconate have excellent taste threshold. Sodium gluconate has no irritation and bitter taste. The salt taste quality is close to table salt, and the threshold is much higher than other organic acid salts, which is 5 times higher than table salt (inorganic salt), 2.6 times higher than sodium malate and 16.3 times higher than sodium lactate.
