The TSJ-Z series bucket elevator is specially designed for the pharmaceutical industry, and is mainly used for the vertical delivery of block, sheet, granular or powder finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials. The contact transmission components of the machine and finished drugs or raw materials are made of 316L stainless steel with high hygiene standard to ensure the sanitary level requirements during material delivery.

Structure and working principle
1. structure
The bucket hoist body is composed of vibration feeding of the seat storage tank, transfer and turning bucket, dustpan conveying chain, power drive, PLC microcomputer control and dust removal part (dust removal part selection). (See attached figure) Lift height can be customized according to user needs.
2.working principle
The material slowly enters the storage hopper into the vibrating conveyor (the outlet output of the storage hopper into the transit hopper. After the transfer hopper is filled (the storage amount of the transit hopper can be adjusted according to the delivery rate of the vibration hopper), the material completes the circulation process of feeding, loading and lifting. When the delivery hopper travels to the outlet end, as the angle turns 180 degrees, slowly pour the material to the outlet guide tank, guiding the outlet guide tank to the designated feeding position, completing the lifting of the whole material.
