PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

*The furnace pipe adopts the sealed tank which stamping forming and welded together of 6 mm Sweden import 310 s stainless steel plate,surrounded with groove profile strengthening rib.The jar is equipped with gas curtain tube,and after the tank there are Blanking mouth and mesh belt backing pipe.the backing pipe offer the Water cooling jacket and water seal tank,guarantee the seal of the furnace,Small gas consumption.the furnace pipe dimension is 4000（L）x280(W)x80(H)mm.

*Conveyor mesh belt adopts Φ 1.6 x 2.2 mm Φ Sweden import 310 s heat resistant alloy wire manufacturing,Mesh belt width 220 mm.

*the furnace lining adopts the saving-energy light refractory brick and Aluminum silicate fiber insulation cotton.

*Heating element using OCr21Al6Nb high temperature heating wire which Distribution in the furnace’s up and down,Uniform heating.Can be in exchange on the side of the furnace. Convenient for maintenance, don’t need to stop the furnace when replacement.

* quenching oil tank adopts 400mm width mesh belt to promote the workpiece and the height of hoisting frame is 1200mm.
