Q1: Can I get some samples? Do you have the products in stock?

A: Yes, We are honored to make you new samples for quality check, market assessment. We almost don’t have products in stock, all the purchases, productions, and delivery based on the orders from your side.

 

Q2: Can I have your prices list?

A: Of course you can, and we can make the orders with Customers’ requests. All my quotation based on 40HQ Qty order, FOB Ningbo, if the Qty less than MOQ, the prices will be a little different, also we can delivery by term EXW, CIF, CFR etcs.

 

Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A: Normally 30% deposit in advance, and 70% before shipping. And effective payment term such as TT, OA, LC, both USD or EURO payment are OK.

 

Q4: What’s the delivery time?

A: Our orders with MOQ to 40HQ quantity, can finished for shipping within 25 working days after receiving the 30% deposit. If there is a holiday, the delivery time will be postponed to the corresponding the days. We always update you the production schedule and delivery.

 

Q5: Can I mix different models of one order? How about the spare parts?

A: Yes, we can mix different models, and it’s better the Qty of each models more than MOQ, different models different MOQ. We always support our Customers all the spare parts of the models, vehicle, engine, frame, plastic cover etcs.

 

Q6: How does your company control product quality? How to deal with quality issues?
