Principle of PSA Nitrogen Generator:
The PSA Nitrogen Generator is an air separation unit which is based on carbon molecular sieves selective adsorption of oxygen from air and can continuously generate gasnitrogen at ambient temperature, and the adsorbed nitrogen can be desorpted by decreasing the adsorbed bed pressure resulting cyclical adsorption-desorption operation.

1. The raw air is taken from nature,and nitrogen can be produced only by providing compressed air and power supply.The equipment has low energy consumption and low operation cost.
2. The purity of nitrogen can be adjusted easily.The purity of nitrogen is only affected by the amount of nitrogen exhaust. The purity of common nitrogen can be adjusted between 95% and 99.99%;The high purity nitrogen generator can be adjusted between 99% and 99.999%.
3.The equipment has high degree of automation, fast gas production and can be unattended.Start shut down just press the button, start within 10-15 minutes can produce nitrogen.
4.The equipment has the advantages of simple process, compact structure,small floor area and strong adaptability.

Pressure swing adsorption(PSA)is a new gas separation technology. Its principle is to separate the gas mixture by using the difference of adsorption performance of molecular sieve for different gas molecules.lt uses air as raw material,and uses a kind of high efficiency and high selectivity solid ad- sorbent to selectively adsorb nitrogen and oxygen to separate nitrogen and oxygen from air. The sep aration effect of carbon molecular sieve on nitrogen and oxygen is mainly based on the different diffu sion rates of the two gases on the surface of carbon molecular sieve. The gas(oxygen) with smaller diameter diffuses faster and enters the solid phase more. In this way, the enrichment of nitrogen can be obtained in the gas phase.After a period of time, the adsorption of oxygen on the molecular sieve reaches equilibrium. According to the different adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve on the adsorbed gas under different pressures, reducing the pressure makes the carbon molecular sieve release the adsorption of oxygen.This process is called regeneration. Pressure swing adsorption(PSA) usually uses two parallel towers to alternately perform pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration,so as to obtain continuous nitrogen flow.
