A double beam crane is a lifting solution designed to carry medium and heavy duty loads. By using two adjacently positioned beams, double beam cranes offer improved support for the goods being handled, allowing the movement of larger capacities.
Double beam bridge crane is composed of beam frame, crane traveling device and trolley with lifting and moving device. The track laying trolley moves on the main beam. The mobile platform is assembled outside the two main beams, one side is ready to assemble and maintain the crane mobile device, and the other side is ready to assemble the trolley wire device. A full field cabin is hung under the main beam, which is equipped with a combined console or a single control box.

2.Rail-in-middle box girder design thoroughly meets the requirement to strength, rigidity and stability.
3.End beams designed with simple structure can be easily installed with main beam by high-strength bolts.
4.CD or MD high quality wire rope electric hoist is used as lifting mechanism.
5.Soft starting motors with light current is used with ground control.
6.Dual-motor independent drive device is adopted to reduce the wear of rail gnawing and reduce the possibility of wheel climb off track fault, etc.environment.
