SAT-AS6P Pneumatic Applicator
• Continuous crimping height adjustment :Can be supplied either with a continuous or a wedge regulating head, providing a 0.02mm resolution or C.H./I.H. and a 2.0mm range, which satisfied your rigorous demand on the crimping.
• Pneumatic feeding mechanism: Terminal pitch 40mm become true easily and feeding speed can be adjusted with facility, can be supplied either with shot stroke cylinder or oriented cylinder for choice, which can enable you to operate the machine freely.
• Switch system: Can be fitted to semi-automatic and fully automatic crimping machine such as Komax, AMP, Mecal, etc.
• Each part has their own ID ; Supply CPK document.

• For linked terminals, with thickness < 1.2mm., terminal pitch > 27mm.
• Mechanical Side feed or Rear feed.
• Wire section between 0 and 10mm².
• Feeding system for linked terminals on a reel to be unrolled left to right.
• Can be supplied either with a continuous or a four-pad regulating head.
• Non-resettable 7-digit cycle counter.
• Easy replacement of crimpers and anvils.
• Can be used in both manual and automatic configuration.
