Machine structure principle: The steel bending and bending machine is mainly composed of four parts: transmission mechanism, frame, bending and bending fixture and electrical control. During operation, the motor drives the gear through the V-belt and the pulley, and then the gear rotates the working disc.
Main Features
(1) 11 teeth with one shaft and high strength
(2) Spline shaft high-frequency heat treatment, using high-strength gears to improve service life.
(3) Separation, disassembly and assembly of the spindle and work plate are more convenient
(4) The main shaft bearing adopts double seal (sealed bearing, upper shaft seat and seal) to prevent iron oxide during working.

(5) Configure the foot switch and manual button for more convenient operation.
(6) The main shaft adopts high frequency heat treatment and has high toughness.
(7) Sturdy slide type baffle plate to effectively reduce the bending load of the motor.
(8) Using a pressure clutch, the clutch is more accurate.
(9) The main gear adopts semi-circular teeth to ensure that the steel bars are not entangled when bent.
(10) The bending process is simple, the work efficiency is high, the bending is neat, and the bending angle can be arbitrarily adjusted.
