Controlling system

The machine uses synchronous control technique, welding time and separate welding adopt Japan, Sony digital control system which can be input to touch screen control panel to adjust the mesh size, and it can weld different size mesh on the same wire mesh panel.

Wire Falling system   

Cross wire feeding: Firstly, the coil wires are straighten and cut into fixed length by automatic straightening and cutting machine, which become cross wire. Then worker put the cross wires into wire hopper. The cross wire feeding is automatic and driven by step motor, which makes the cross wire falling and mesh aperture size more accurate.

Line wire feeding1: line wires are the same to cross wires, firstly use straightening cutting machine to straighten and cut coil wire into fixed length. Then workers let the warp wires through the hole, the welding begin.

Line wire feeding2:The line wire is  inserted with one side of the coil wire into through-hole solder wire mesh machine, and then it  continues working automatically.

Pulling system

The mesh pulling system is controlled by step motor, which makes the pulling mesh aperture more standard and accurate.

Welding power

The welding power comes from the spring. It is easily to control the welding pressure, more over ten times than the traditional hopper.
