Features
Heat shrinkable film packaging machine adopts Japanese technology, all use imported electrical components, simple operation, reliable quality, stable performance. Variable frequency modulation, stepless variable speed. The control of the whole machine is completed by PLC, which reduces the point of failure. High efficiency double temperature zone of heat shrink furnace, stepless speed regulation, automatic temperature control. High efficiency hot air circulation to ensure shrinkage quality.
The packaging film enters into the bag-making machine through the film feeding driving roller and forms. The packaged material is sent into the formed packaging film by the material feeding conveyor and is sealed by the sealing device to form a tubular shape. The clamping conveyor between vertical and horizontal sealing will send the tubular film behind the wrapping into the transverse sealing and cutting device statically. The sealing and cutting position will be adjusted by the photoelectric tracking automatic
control system, and then the product will be transported across the bridge into the shrinkage furnace for shrinkage. When the shrinkage furnace comes out, a packing process is completed.
This machine only uses three servo control system, programmable control, automatic counting. Bag length speed automatic reality, automatic temperature control, photoelectric tracking automatic control. Overload protection, leakage protection. Fault alarm and other advanced technology and safety devices, complete functions. The equipment has the advantages of compact structure, simple operation, reliable operation, high packaging speed, stable packaging quality and smooth and beautiful packaging appearance.
