1.What's your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs but we accept lower quantity for your trial order.Please feel free to tell ushow many pieces you need we will calculate the cost correspondingly.Hope you can place large orderafter checking quality of our products and knowing ourservice.
2.Can l get samples?
Sure.We can provide sample to you if you request,and the sample charge is refundable when your orderis up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by DHL,UPS, FedEx or TNT.If you have your owncarrier account it will be fine to ship with your account.lf not,you could pay the freight charge to us,wewill ship with our account.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples,it takes 2-3 days.lf you wanna your owner
designs, it takes 5-10 days.Subject toyour designs whether they need new printingscreen,ect.
4.How long is the production lead time?
lt takes 15~20 days for OEM.We have large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery timeenve for larger quantity.
5.What's your payment term?
Our normal payment term is 30% deposit after order signed and 70% before shipping .lf you have anyother request,we can discuss it.
