Steam washer
Usage: Add chemicals and hot wash to remove oil, impurities and labels.
The part in contact with water is stainless steel 304. Steam boiler (the quotation price does not include the boiler, if necessary, it can be quoted separately) to produce steam, and the water temperature reaches 90-95℃. Carefully add caustic soda or other cleaning agents, and let the flakes stay in the hot washing boiler for 8-10 minutes. This kind of hot gas boiler can effectively remove impurities and separate labels and bottle caps, so the cleanliness of bottle flakes is greatly improved.
