Our company now mainly produces and sells S13, S15 35KV, 10KV series oil-immersed, dry-type transformers and box-type substations. The products cover most of the league cities and surrounding areas of the autonomous region and are exported to Mongolia and Russia for many years. Most of the employees in our company have been engaged in transformer production for many years. They are experienced, serious and responsible, and have a strong sense of responsibility. In terms of production equipment, our company currently has a cutting and packaging production line for transformer silicon steel sheet, oil-immersed transformer winding machine, foil winding machine for winding dry-type transformer coils, and a large vacuum drying furnace for drying the transformer body. , 4 sets of large-scale test transformers and vacuum oil filters for transformer tests, a series of domestic advanced power transformer manufacturing and experimental equipment. A series of test items such as the resistance, transformation ratio, withstand voltage, and no-load loss of the transformer can be carried out. Most of the equipment has a service life of less than 5 years.
The company covers an area of 16,000 square meters, the production plant covers an area of 8,000 square meters, and the newly built workshop is 2,000 square meters. All the equipment in the new plant is brand new, and the equipment operators are only allowed to operate after more than 3 months of professional training by the equipment manufacturer.
Our company's raw materials are purchased from domestic regular and well-known material manufacturers. The manufacturer of silicon steel sheet is Wuhan Iron and Steel Company, the manufacturer of electromagnetic wire (enameled wire) is Baoding Tianli Copper Co., Ltd., and the manufacturer of transformer oil is Karamay Oilfield of China National Petroleum Corporation. Our company will carry out strict quality inspection on each batch of raw materials before entering the warehouse to ensure that its quality is qualified. If any unqualified products are found, they will be immediately rejected and returned.
