Vertical Type Pneumatic Air Tapping Machine Flexible Arm 1000mm
This pneumatic tapping machine is applicable to all machinery manufacturing industry, machine tools, automobile and motorcycle parts,aircraft engines, tooling, plastic, printing, packaging, engineering and other general purpose machinery industries. This is an effective pneumatic tapping machine with easy operation and low work intensity. No fixture or clamp is needed when heavy workpiece is applied.

ISO standard M3-M12 tap collets in the package are serving as a extra gift, you can choose to use them or buy other tap collets which are suitable for your own need.

Instructions
- Torsion has been set before leaving the factory, however it must be adjusted after a period of usage or has been used to tap tough materials.
- As torsion collets provide high precision, please use and store carefully.
- When pneumatic motor does not spin: This is usually due to insufficient pneumatic power. Please check whether pneumatic pressure is in the range of 6-8kg/cm².
- When pneumatic motor spins with torsion collet slipping: Material under tapping may be too tough or of high viscosity, please turn up the torsion.
- Machine should be taken care and operated by permanent staff. Stop operating if abnormal noise occurs and deal with malfunctions until it’s back to normal.
