The introduction of fence mesh welding machine
1. The fence mesh welding machine, which welding power comes from the spring. It is easily to control the welding pressure, more over ten times than the traditional hopper.
2. The fence mesh welding machine uses PLC control technique, welding time and separate welding adopt Japan, Sonydigital control system which can be input to touch screen control panel to adjust the mesh size, and it can weld different size mesh on the same wire mesh panel.
3. The cross wire feeding is automatic and driven by step motor, which makes the cross wire falling and mesh aperture size more accurate.
4.The mesh pulling system is controled by step motor, which is easy to gerulate mesh hole and mesh opening size is rather accurate, welding aperture could adjust randomly with certain range.
5.The machine use touch screen operation system, you can change the welding time and mesh size.
