Pulp molding is a three-dimensional papermaking technology. It uses waste paper as a raw material and shapes paper products of a certain shape from a special mold on a molding machine.
It has four major advantages:
* The raw material is waste paper, including board paper, waste carton paper, waste white edge paper, etc., which has a wide range of sources;

In addition we utilize a fully-computerized dynamic balancing machine that is very suitable for high-precision balancing tasks. It takes only 10 seconds for this machine to provide required measurements. Last but not least, our electronic components are all purchased from Siemens, Schneider and other world-renowned brands. This accompanied by our in-house developed control cabinets enables us to provide a powerful guarantee on the quality of all electrical control systems.
We have established a state-of-the-art production workshop to create all components required by our diversified papermaking machines and environmentally-friendly products， especially waste water treatment machines. Once the processing has been finished, these components will be sent to a 12,000m2 assembly workshop where we can complete assembly, quality control procedures and other manufacturing processes. Each year the output value of our products can reach up to 150 million RMB.
