Quality is our culture, every video projector from us has to go through at least 9 times inspection before offering to you. These inspections are incoming inspection, QA inspection, assembly line online test, patrol inspection, dust removal test,  aging test,  FQC test, enhanced dust removal test, Package inspection. All projectors are 100% tested and approved.

Warranty:

Volto projector with 3 years warranty for the whole machine.

We provide free replacement for the consumables parts like Insulation glass and fan within 12month.  

Q3:What should I do if I find that the product is of poor quality or damaged?

A3: We have refund policy for every projector:

1) / If the product is damaged due to external forces or human factors, we will not be responsible for refunds.

2)/ We guarantee 100% replacement for any faulty projectors .

If the product has a problem with internal parts, we will refund 100% without any additional cost.

Q4: How long can I get my order when I paid for it?

A4: All the orders need to be tested for 1-2 days before shipping. After testing your projector, we will ship to you by express.

1) / For sample order or small quantity < 500 pieces: You will receive it within 5-6 work days.

2) / For bulk order>500 pieces: it will takes 14-30 work days to receive it. (If there are enough stocks, it will takes 10-15 work days to receive it)

Noted: If there is a force majeure factor that causes the delivery delay or cannot be delivered, we will not be responsible. For example: rainstorm, blizzard, earthquake, mudslide, epidemic, etc.
