Raw material

The inner of machine is made of ss 316.This dryer use the air blower to convey hot air inside the machine that which can blow the pellet with temperature around 90 degree , to dry the pellet ,to keep longer and keep in stock for sale.

Drying is an important process in the processing of expanded feed. The moisture of the feed pellets just extruded from the extruder is very high, reaching 22% or more. It is necessary to remove more than 10% of the moisture from the drying equipment andthen cool it to ensure that it meets the qualified product quality. To achieve this requirement faster and at a lower cost.
