Q1. Can I have a sample order for glass cup?
A: Yes, we can provide 1 pcs each item for free charge if the sample is available.
Q2.What about the lead time?
A: The sample leadd time is 4days, the mass goods normal delivery time is 6-7weeks after receiving deposit
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for ruglar order?
A: Because our product is machine made, the normal MOQ is 50000-10000pcs, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. What is your payment term? How do you ship the goods?
A: Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L. But if you need other payment terms for example L/C at sight is also acceptable. We usually ship by sea.
Q5. How to proceed an order ?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly you confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.Fourthly We arrange the production and delivery them.
Q6. Is it ok if I want my own design?
