Introduction:
            XSG type rotary flash dryer is widely used in the dispersion and drying of granular, powder, paste, and filter cake-like pseudo-agglomerated materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, food and other industries. It has the advantages of small footprint, low energy consumption, high thermal efficiency and continuous mass production. The drying host is equipped with a rotary cutting setting. The drying material is crushed and refined by shearing, rotating, collision, friction, etc., and the material is highly dispersed, achieving the effect of rapid evaporation of water.

Working Principle:

                   Wet material is fed into the drying chambr via screw feeder and drop onto a high speed rotating desintegrator which  completely crushes and disperses the wet bumps into fine particles. Meanwhile, heated and filtered hot air is blown swirly into the drying chamber from the bottom to form a strong swirl air flow. This strong air flow transports the fine particles through the cylindrical drying chamber, during which heat transfer happens and moisture evaporates. Dried product is separated and collected by cyclone and/or bag filters. Damp air is exhausted by the fan.

Application:

                Food and plants: oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, seasoning spices meat, protein, soybeans, peanut protein, hydrolysates, and so on. Carbohydrates: corn steep liquor, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, and the like. Chemical industry: battery raw materials, basic dye pigments, dye intermediates, fertilizer, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalysts, agents, amino acids, silica, and so on. Ceramics: alumina, ceramic tile materials, magnesium oxide, talcum powder, and so onProduct Features:

1) Very short drying time: Completely crushed and dispersed wet material can expose maximum surface to hot air.So the drying time is very short, only takes 1-5 seconds. 

2) Dust free working condition: The whole system is wokring under negetive pressure condition which can make a dust free drying plant. 

3) Suitable for drying heat sensitive material: Because of short drying time and fast evaporation rate, heat sensitive materials can be dried under very high temperature. 

4) Huge capacity in small machine: fast drying and compact machine body makes a small machine can handle large quantity of wet material. 

5) Drying process control: The top installed centrifual classifier can well control moisture content and granules size distribution of dried product. 

6) Heat supply system: The dryer can be heated by electricity, steam, oil/gas/coal/biomass fired hot air generator.
