IGBT Series Cast Iron Gold Smelting Furnace With One Year Warranty

IGBT Small Capacity Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnaces adopts IGBT as the core inverter, it mainly used for melting scrap copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, gold, silver, zinc, iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, gold ore, copper ore, other nonferrous metals, ferrous metals and metal alloys.It is the heat treatment prior to forging, sintering and hot rolling in casting and melting industries.

The melting furnace capacity is normally from 1 Kg to 150 Kg.

The minimum rate of heating is less than 1 second (rate of heating is available for adjustment and control)

It has a weight of only several dozens of kilograms, of which, the limited floor space can effectively save the workshop

The Gold Melting Furnace has such features as uniform heating (it is applicable to adjust the spacing of the inductions coil to ensure the appropriate temperature as required by each part of work piece).fast warming and limited oxic horizon and can guard against any waste after annealing.
5. Easy installation and operation
The Gold Melting Furnace can be used once it is connected with power source, inductions coil as well as water supply pipe and rising pipe: it is small in size and light in weight: you can learn to operate it within several minutes.
6. Comprehensive protection
The Gold Melting Furnace has such functions as over voltage. Over current, overheat and water shortage alarm indications as well as automatic control and protection.
7. Temperature control
The machine equipped the temperature control system, which can let you control the temperature going at real time.

Packing & Delivery

Packing
Normally the machines are taken apart before delivery and are packed by suitable packing ways, the packing ways are as below:
1. Nude packing.
2. Bundle packing.
3. Grass rope packing.
4. Water proof packing.
5. Wooden pallets packing.
6.Wooden box or carton box packing.

Delivery
Usually the equipments are delivered aboard by tracks,trains,or container(sea transportation). and some spare parts or very small goods also support to send by express, our company have built good relationships with large cargo agent and shipping companies which guarantee our products delivered safely and promptly.Sea transportation includes three delivery ways as below:
1.40HQ container: used for goods without overlength, overheight and overweight;
2.FR(Flat Rack) container:suitable for large equipments with overlength,overheight like ball mill,excavator,etc.
3.Bulk cargo shipment (LCL): used for some goods without loading in full container,normally it requires good packing with marks for safety and easy to be trackable.
