Vacuum freeze drying is a drying method which heats the frozen water content product, under a condition of vacuum and low temperature, sublimates the moisture in product from solid state to gas state. Under the function of cold trap, freezes the moisture in gas state into ice, so as to get rid of the moisture in product and preserves the product.
