Continuous casting production line

Continuous casting production line is mainly used for casting all kinds of round

(square) rods, hexagonal,square,brass profile and other customer designed shape.

The materials can be scrap brass/bronze and other brass/bronze materials.

1.Melting and holding furnace

Two electric box control, double furnace (melting furnace and holding furnace) melting furnace is used for melting scrap and holding furnace is used for casting. It has there directions casting, high efficient,low cost.

2. Casting machine

We provide vertical type 4 wheels casting machine, horizontal type 4 wheels casting machine, vertical type 2 wheels casting machine and horizontal type 2 wheels casting machine for choice, we can supply a suitable machine to you.

3.Cutting machine

Cutting machine using two electrical cabinet design, one is for backup when the major one is broke which can make sure the machine operation smoothy,the cutting length is adjustable.Pneumatic and Hydraumatic could be choice.

4.Straightening machine

For brass/bronze rod straigherning use,round, hexagonal ,square,lock body and gear are customer designed.

Peeling machine

This machine could peeling without heading,not only reduce labor but also improve production efficency, it is easy operation and easy to maintenance.
