Description
HM-ZD350FS Screen glue and spotter Machine is an automatic equipment for high-precision positioning of small-size book cover and small-size premium boxes. It's not only suit for a variety of boxes but also hard cover positioning.
The machine adopts PLC and touch screen man-machine control, camera tracing system, and can automatically feed paper, screen glue and spotter.
The feeder, the screen glue, and the conveyor are driven by servo system which has continuously variable transmission and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and less time consumption. At the same time, the lower height is more convenient for operation. The glue area can be controlled by screen glue. The spotting unit adopts camera tracing system and robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard, enhancing the spotting accuracy to±0.05mm, with even faster speed.
