Products Description

The whole process for palm oil extraction machine includes palm reception section, sterilizing section, threshing section, oil press section, Clarification section, fiber separator and palm kernel recovery section.
Palm oil is a tropical woody vegetable oil. It is the largest variety of vegetable oil in the world in terms of production, consumption and international trade. Because of the particularity of oil palm fruit structure, its oil-making technology and equipment are quite different from other oils. The oil-making process of palm oil mainly includes the following parts:
sterilization and fermentation, threshing, mashing and cooking, pressing oil, crude oil purification, oil storage, separation of kernels and fibrous substances, separation of kernels and kernels, and storage of kernels.

Sterilizing
Sterilization can be divided into two types, one is a horizontal sterilizer sterilizing tank and the other is a vertical sterilizer sterilizing tank.

Sterilizing refers to cooking oil palm fruit in horizontal/vertical Sterilizer with 300 kPa steam at 145 ℃ for about 90-120 minutes. This can destroy the fatty acid enzymes in oil palm fruit and avoid the increase of FFA in oil. In addition, high-temperature fermentation can make the fruit soft, easy to mechanical threshing, conducive to subsequent peeling of the core, reduce the damage of the kernels.
Threshing
Oil palm grains accounted for about 67% of the weight of the whole bundle. The purpose of threshing is to separate the oil palm fruit from the bundle and make the subsequent oil pressing more efficient. We usually use the Thresher to shake off the threshing work.
Digesting
The purpose of mashing and Digesting is to tear the epidermis of the fruit, separate the pulp from the pit, and mash the pulp tissue. At the same time, heating makes the pulp soft and destroys the pulp cell structure. The optimum cooking conditions are 90-100 C, 20-30 min, and the mashing rate is about 95%. The equipment used in this process is Vertical Digester.

Threshing the fruit for the string, heating and pressed by our palm oil press can get red oil with water and stag, with separating and filtrating and then can get red palm oil
