This machine has the advantages of convenient debugging and installation, stable and reliable operation, strong versatility, high positioning accuracy, accurate color registration, high printing efficiency, etc. The main manifestations are as follows1. The whole printing process is controlled by full servo drive and multi axis linkage. This machine is suitable for screen printing of round, oval, square, conical and other special-shaped containers.
2. In order to meet the needs of multi-color accurate color registration, the same set of fixture is used in the printing process to avoid reducing the color registration accuracy due to multiple loading and unloading fixture position error.
3. In order to reduce the on-line cost and labor cost caused by the need of color registration, the multi-color printing is integrated into the same equipment, and it is no longer necessary to purchase multiple printing presses, which greatly reduces the equipment purchase cost and labor cost.
4. The multi-color printing is integrated into the same machine to reduce the additional processes due to on-line, full servo multi axis linkage, optimize the printing curve and beat, and greatly improve the production capacity.
