 Working principle

Vacuum freeze-drying technology is also called aerospace freeze-drying technology, which refers to the use of sublimation principle in a low-temperature vacuum state of about minus 30-50 degrees, so that the water in pre-frozen food is directly sublimated into water vapor in an ice state without melting the ice A technique to remove and thus dry food.
