Muti-function Semi-automatic Rigid Box Making Machine Production Line
Description
Muti-functional Semi-automatic Rigid Box Making Machine Production Line, it includes one set HM-600E Automatic Gluing and Spotter Machine (for Cover paper's gluing part and positioning part), one set HM-S400 Automatic Corner Pasting Machine (for inner box's taping part), and one or two sets HM-500Z Automatic Rigid Box Wrapping Machine (for the final forming part, you can add according to the production requirements). It adopts Robot Arm to grab and spot inner boxes, saving labor, improving efficiency and positioning accuracy. It is suitable for mass production of a variety of rigid boxes, such as jewelry boxes, mobile phone boxes, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes, and some special rigid boxes, etc.
Capacity: 20-25pcs/min (12000-15000pcs/10hours), it mainly depends on workers' skill on the forming machine. If boxe order quantity is stable and goes up in the future, we suggest two line, one for top-box, another line for bottom box.
