1) Unwinding Section
\tBuilt with heavy-duty frame to ensure Shrink Sleeve Seaming Machine operation.
\tMain drive YASKAWA brand three servo motor.
\t3" air shaft for fast roll changeover.
\tPAUSOURCE brand ultrasonic EPC Web guiding system provides the accuracy shrink sleeve seaming position.
\tAutomatic SIEMENS brand PLC unwind tension control, input material thickness and diameter, tension will be automatic calculate and controlled.
2) Shrink Sleeve Seaming Section
\tEmployed with glue pump system: the flow of solvent is automatically match up with the machine speed varies.
\tEquipped with blower for drying the solvent faster also increasing the production speed.
\tWith stroboscope and photo sensor to help monitoring the sealing quality.
\tMold adjustable system, film guiding by adjustable roller and bar, when seaming different width job, adjust the handle to increase or decrease the guide bar distance to reach request width, no need change mold.
3) Rewinding Section
\tCantilevered rewind 3" air shaft for fast roll changeover.
\tAutomatic rewinding tension control by PLC assure stable rewinding tension and no need to adjust while speed and diameter varied.
