Overview of the DC Brush Motor Driver principle
This driver adopts the leading motor loop current accurate detection technology, the brush-DC motor speed self-detection technology, the regenerative current constant current braking (or brake) technology and the powerful PID regulation technology, it can perfectly control the motor start, brake (brake), reversing process and the blocking protection. The motor response time is short and the recoil force is small.Real-time monitoring of output current prevents overcurrent and effectively protects the motor and driver. The rated current of the motor can be configured through the dial switch or serial port, so that the motor starting, braking and blocking current can be limited within the rated current range of the motor, with high efficiency and good safety performance.
1.Voltage range 9~24V, maximum load current 10A(lasting 30 seconds), 7A(long time), 10A fuse;
2.Potentiometer /0~5V analog signal and TTL level /-5V~+5V differential analog signal or RS485 various input signals;
3.PWM speed regulation (voltage regulation), torque control (steady current), self-speed measuring/external speed measuring generator closed-loop speed regulation (steady speed) various speed regulation modes;
4.Motor current PID adjustment, maximum load/brake current can be configured, short time for motor start/brake/reversing, impact force is small;

Performance measurement
1.Load capacity test
It can basically drive the electric motor of 250W battery car!
The driver will output steady current when the motor load is too large or when the motor is locked, and the output current value is the preset rated current;Therefore, the motor and driver can be effectively protected, A long period of blocking 7.5A no problem at all!
2.Response time test
It takes about 0.1s for 24V/60W reduction motor to rotate the brake at full speed without load.
It takes about 0.4s for 24V/250W battery car motor to rotate the brake at full speed without load.
The motor start and brake processes are stable, the start process time is usually shorter than the brake time, and the positive and negative switching time of the motor is slightly longer than the brake time, close to 0.1s.
3.Anti-interference test
Strong anti-interference ability, use lighter igners (instantaneous voltage is usually 2000V~10000V) to shock any wiring port, the driver is safe and sound, 485 communication is not interrupted.
