1. Application
Our KCD Rocker Switch are widely used for microwave oven, air condition, electric cooker, dishwasher, cleaner, humidifier, water heater, electric radiator, electric drill, joystick, TV game, time recorder, solder gun, mixer, food processor, juice maker, alarm, mixer, shredder machine etc.
A. Ambient air temperature: -25oC~+125C, the highest monthly mean temperature should not exceed +35oC;
B. Altitude for installing place should not exceed 2000m;
C. Atmospheric relative humidity: + 40 ℃ not more than 50%, the highest humidity is 90%, air relative humidity of 85% or less;
D. Pollution level: level 2;

3. Matters Need Attention:
A. When fixing the switch on equipment, please use the small screw M2 to fix it with the torque below 0.098N·m on the smooth surface. In addition, we recommend to add place washers to prevent loosening of the screws;
B. Please note that the action body should not be directly exerted force on the button or the actuator when it’s in free state, but shall be exerted force on the button in the vertical direction when using;
C. The action setting after action shall be based on above 70% of O.T. value. Under the condition of switch, do not set the action body at the position of action limit, so as to avoid the opening and closing and over-travel that are accompanied by impact and shorten the service life;
D. When hand welding, please use a temperature control of electric temperature 320℃, finish the work in 3 seconds and don’t exert force on the terminal;
E. It is recommended to use low-power circuit type (Au plated contact) when using at small current and voltage.
