Description
HM-ZD350K-B Automatic rigid box machine with multi-function is specially designed for boxes with (thin）tray and regular rigid boxes'production , allows to add the optional function of sticking magnets. It is suitable for mass production of various box types, such as boxeswith tray, premiumjewelry boxes, mobile phone boxes, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes etc. The range of boxes is larger and can meet the needs of the modern packaging market. The appearance of the whole machine has been completely redesigned to be safer and more beautiful.
The machine adopts PLC and man-machine control system ,camera tracing system, and can automatically feed paper, glue paper, baseboard positioning, baseboard glue spraying, box shell positioning, lift box, fold corner edges and wrap box.
The feeder, the gluer and the conveyor are driven by servos which have continuously variable transmission and enjoy high accuracy, easy adjusting, and efficiency; Double colors conveyor can avoid changing to other color belt, which is Hongming's patent. This machine adopts the well-known brand gluing machine for the baseboard spray gluing and insertmagnet , and the effect is good; The baseboard and box shell spotting unit adopt camera tracing system and robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard, enhancing the spotter accuracy to ±0.05mm, the speed is faster; The wrapping unit adopts Japan THK linear slider and virtual electronic cam driving system, guaranteeing the stable quality and fluent movement and enlarge the folding-in depth and corner edges.
