Product Overview
This MT-Series recycle washing waste pet bottle recycling plant is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH which is mainly used to recycling the waste PET bottles, water bottles, cola bottles, PET sheet and PET packing containers.
The waste dirty pet bottles go through de-labelling, sorting, crushing, cold washing, hot washing, drying process will turn to be clean PET bottle flakes for reuse.
We can also manufacturing this PET bottle recycling machine components according to your special requirement.

Label Remover Machine
--Function:remove the labels from the bottles
--Blade made by alloyed steel for long time use --Blade is fixed by screw on the rotor easy to adjustable and changeable .
--The barrel is designed with doors opening very easy for opening and maintenance .
--The machine bottom with holes to drain out liquid which contained in the bottles, good for machine lifespan.
Manual Sorting Belt
--Function: manually sorting out remain labels, different color and NON-PET bottles

--With 8 chutes on the platform for the workers to sorting out the waste material
--Put big jumbo bags under the chutes for collecting the waste bottles after sorting out
--Metal detector is suggested to use together for better separating
Plastic Crusher Machine
--Function: crushing the bottles to PET flakes.

--Machine can easily get high output and with water doing wet grinding can extension the blades use life, reduce the dust generation.
