1. Product overview:

This machine is widely applicable to the automatic film packing (with gold tear tape). The machine frame adopts 304 stainless steel. The machine adopts the most advanced imported PLC programmable controller, with safety protection and alarm device, ensure the machine high-speed stability, a variety of settings can be easily completed on the touch screen operation. It is simple to change the mold, and the adjustment is simple and fast.

1.This machine is a fully automatic high-speed cellophane wrapping machine and adopts the flat push packing method. All the packages and heat-sealing motions are completed by the cam transmission, with the characteristics of fast speed and stable operation

2.Different size products could be packed by changing the mold. The newly designed quick adjustment structure makes the mold change simpler and faster.

3.The machine adopts a single rotary film cutter, the film is cut accurately, flat. The different size of the products does not need to replace the film cutting mechanism.

4.It is equipped with electrostatic eliminator which effectively eliminates the static of the adsorption on the packing film, make the film more smoothly.

5.Using the frequency converter to adjust the packaging speed, according to different products, can reach 40-100 packs/min.

6.With double corrugation shaping device, so that the film packaging more fit and more beautiful.

7.With a composite adhesive sticker laser and anti - counterfeiting tear tape function, really play an anti - counterfeiting and moisture-proof effects.

8.There are two feeding ways: automatic feeding and manual feeding. Automatic feeding can be used in connection with a fully automated unmanned production line.

9.  The machine adopts safety door protection and alarm device.

10. The machine is equipped with high temperature and low temperature alarm device.

11. Automatic feeding structure have no box alarm function.
