Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company ?

A1: We are factory , all machine is made of by ourselves and we can also provide customize service.

Q2: What about your warranty ?

A2: Our warranty is one year, all machine part can be replaced for free within one year if broken(not including man made). But horn and ultrasonic system warranty is three months.

Q3: Do you have the customized service ?

A3: The voltage of the machine can be 110/220/380/440 V,50/60 Hz.Please confirm us the voltage details when place an order .

Q4: How can you guarantee we receive a good quality product ?

A4:Ger-sonic applied series inspection process during production.When the machine was finished,QC will provide inspection video and pictures for double check the quality control, and we will send the troubleshoot and solution if needed ; also third part or customers come to the factory have field inspection is welcome .

Q5: Are we still need to install the machine after we got ?

A5: All of machine already testing ready, and all parameter is setting ok before we deliver to you, also we can send you video and manual to teach you how to use the machine .

Q6: What is your terms of payment ?

A6: 30% TT as deposit in advance, and 70% TT before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance
