The whole control system is closed-loop system. The system operates real-time collection for material weight at 5 frequency per second with speed accuracy 1/2 million, calculates the material flowing rate at real time, and adjusts the driving part speed to amend the real-time flowing rate so as to achieve stable and accurate feeding purpose.
