It includes full-process automation processes such as raw material mixing and stirring, dough pressing, printing and forming, frying forming, seasoning, cooling and conveying. Complete the entire production process from powdered raw materials to finished potato chips; at the same time, with the newly developed automatic crushing and recycling mechanism and oil residue filtering mechanism developed by Haitel, it realizes the recycling and reuse of scraps and the function of oil residue filtering, which effectively improves the raw materials. The utilization rate reduces the production cost of potato chips.
