Description:

United Novations wind cone simple WCS120/PRO is replacement wind cone for windsocks installed on elevated heliports and helicopter landing pads (helidecks) 

Wind cone has length of 120 cm (4') and the entrance diameter of 30 cm (12").

A distinctive feature of the PRO series of WCS model is a long service life (2 years)

This wind cone is fabricated from windproof & water resistant, polyurethane coated nylon fabric for perfect flyability. Unlike canvas or vinyl, nylon cones fly in the slightest breeze. 

The cone has the shape of a truncated cone with alternating transverse stripes of red and white for higher visibility. 

Throat band is finished with steel grommets for easy attaching onto the frame. 

The edge under the grommets is reinforced with a strong tape. 

Cone is attached by cable ties (included) to the windsock frame (supplied separately)

• Temperature: -50C/-58F to +50C/ 122F 


• Wind speed up to 25 m/s / 55mph
