This machine is the professional production equipment for hairdressing neck paper. Neck  paper is a kind of 100% waterproof paper with very strong tensile force, which can prevent the neck skin from cosmetics and other objects during the hairdressing process. Neck paper strips are widely used in barber hairdressing industry.
