Products Description
Semi Automatic 400-800bph 3-5L PET Bottle Blowing Machine.
The semi-automatic blow molding machine is a computer-controlled two-step PET blow molding machine. It is composed of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and other systems to complete the stretching and blowing of the heated preform.
Semi-automatic bottle blowing machine preheating: The preform is irradiated by an infrared high-temperature lamp to heat and soften the preform part. In order to maintain the shape of the bottle mouth, the bottle mouth does not need to be heated, so a certain cooling device is required. Perform cooling operation.
Semi-automatic blow molding machine blow molding: This stage is to place the pre-heated preform into the ready blow mold, perform high-pressure inflation inside, and blow the preform into the required bottle.
