2. What's your MOQ?
For RTS (Ready to Ship) products, we offer MOQ of 1 piece including personal customisation. For stainless-steel watches, the typical MOQ is 300 pieces, but the quantity may vary according to products.
3.Where is your company located
Our assembly and case factory at state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the global technology hub of Shenzhen —manufacturing home of the Apple iPhone, among other premium products.
4. What about the certification&warranty?
We have 24 months warranty(including stop moving/glass boken/plating fade),The solution is refund money or produce new in your next order.
5. Do you provide a sample watch and how much does it cost?
Yes, for re-sell purpose, you may request for a model you like and contact our sales assistant who will calculate the relevant costs involved for you.
