Reciprocating type egg tray machine reference picture as the following:
1.Egg tray’s raw materials are waste paper and water, it’s proportion is paper 1 to water 3. The waste paper and water are added to hydrapulper, and are mixed into rough pulp through processes such as hydraulic disintegration, filtration, and water injection.
2.Then the rough pulp flows into mixing pool. In the mixing pool, the rough pulp will be refined by a pulp beater.
3.The refined pulp will flow into supply pulp, and it’s concentration be adjusted well by pulp beater , then the pulp pump transported finished pulp to the forming machine.
4.Under the suction power of vacuum pump, sucks pulp to forming molds , and at the same time, draws away water from the egg tray on the forming mold, and recycles the pumped water to the sewage water pond for recycling.
5.Under the blowing force of air compressor, the formed egg tray will be blowed off from the forming mold to the transfer mold, then blow it to the conveyor belt/tray, and enters the next process-drying system.
6.The conveyor belt passes through the drying room to dry egg trays, finally, collecting and packaging egg trays.
The drying system includes 3 different drying methods
