What we need to do is just have different size of ring die mould according to the requirement of different animal and  poultry.  and the replacement of the ring die mould is very easy.  It could produce feed for chicken, pig, cow, cattle, goat, rabbit and fish, etc. 

2) what kind of raw material that the conditioner and the ring die mould are made of?

Both of the conditioner and ring die mould in our macine are made of stainless steel.  should to note that there are  some suppliers in  the market adopt carbon steel.  please pay more attention on this point, lest the unexpected  trouble. 

3) What is the suitable moisture (water content) of the raw material that easy to make feed pellet?

the ideal raw material moisture range is from 15%  to 18% .

4) What brand of motors you used in the machine?

We use Siemens brand motor in our machine. please rest assured about the quality.

5) will you dispatch engineer to install the poultry animal feed pellet mill machine (production line)? 

Yes. we will dispatch engineer to do the service just based on the requirement of customers. 

6) where is your factory located? how could I get there? 

Our factory is located in Zhengzhou, Henan, China. It's 30 km far from the airport. we will pick you up at the airport.

7) What is our payment term?

A: 30 % by TT in advance, 70% by TT before shippment;

B: 100% Confirmed, Irrevocable, LC at sight

8) Can I operate this production line alone?

No, we suggest two persons working on this production line. One person feeding the raw materials to the crusher, and one person at the end, to collect the pellets into bags.

9)Will you train me to do the maintanance of this production line?

Yes, while our engineers guide you to install the production line, they will train you how to operate the production line, and how to maintain all the main machines.
