Instructions

 

   1. Before starting up and using, check the power connection, whether the fixed position of the drum is correct, connect the power, open the upper cover, switch on the motor switch, let the drum run idling, the steering should be indicated by the arrow in the shell In the same direction, turn on the heating wire switch, and hot air can be discharged after a few minutes. If the heating wire has not been discharged after 5 minutes of work, stop and check whether the heating wire exhaust is blocked.

 

   2. The cover should be put down for drying work, and the machine should be stopped when loading and unloading workpieces. Pay attention that the workpieces should be evenly distributed in the drum, otherwise the centrifugal force will be non-parallel and shake vigorously with the dehydration opportunity. The rotating drum should not be overloaded or overfilled. If the dried workpiece is small and dense, or easy to store liquids, first centrifuge and dry for 1-2 minutes, take out the drum, turn the workpiece to the position, and perform heating and centrifugal drying to achieve satisfaction Effect.

   3. To use the drum to stop, first stop the electric machine, and then step on the brake plate with your foot, but remember to turn off the motor to brake. The dehydrator can perform centrifugal drying alone without heating, but it cannot turn off the motor and heat alone for drying.

1. To be fixed and anti-movement

2. Products should be evenly distributed

For those flat parts that are easy to overlap, or parts with many inner holes (inner diameter), you can stop the machine halfway, turn the parts over, and then start the machine, which can effectively prevent water accumulation.
