High Pressure Washjet Spray Nozzle for Washing
High pressure washjet nozzles are made with stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316 that is ideal for high-pressure use and a long wear life. They have an internal guide vane that stabilizes vibrations and provides a uniform spray distribution. They are suitable for applications of cooling, quenching, spray washing, water cooling, air and gas washers, scrubbers, liquor washers, dusting control, fire safety and etc.
Design Features of High Pressure Washjet Nozzle
1. Our V series fan spray nozzle distributes the liquid flow into a fan or layer spray pattern;
2. The droplet size is small to medium;
3. Exquisite and scientific structure design providing uniform droplet distribution;
4. Under the pressure of 2.8bar (40psi), the spray angle is from 0 degrees (liquid column flow) to 110 degrees;
5. Feature tapered edge spray, suitable for header and spray bar applications;
6. High impact liquid column flow provides maximum impact per unit area;
7. The unobstructed flow channel minimizes clogging;

If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.

A: 7 days if only an extension of existing families.
Within 2 days can be shipped out if the nozzle we have in stock.
B:10 to 12 Days for nozzles that can be machined off bar stock
(7 extra days if no inventory bar stocks).
C: 25 to 35 Days for nozzles that require tooling (casting).
5 to 8 new nozzles can be developed simultaneously within 20 days.
