This knife grinder machine is mainly used in straight blade cutting tool in different angles, suitable for all kinds of cutter tools of plywood, furniture, printing, textile industry, peeling machine knife, Granulator knife, cutting paper knife ,Shearing Blades, slicing knives etc....
It is also used to the oblique opening of high speed tool steel.

1. This machine mainly grind all type of long knives, like peeling machine knife, Granulator knife, cutting paper knife ,Shearing Blades, slicing knives etc.
2. This machine can work long surface knife. Max. Working length is 1500-7000mm.
3. This machine’s body is a design of gantry body, with the high-quality steel weld, stress relieved eliminating the internal
stress. The body has high strength and good rigidity. No shrinking in centre of body. the thickness of the steel is 10 or 12 mm.
4. The grinding head use the dedicated motor. It can adjusted the gap of axial direction, transmission steady, long life and high accuracy. The vertical movement of the grinding head use the ball screw, to ensure the accuracy.
5. The worktable use the electromagnetic chuck. And very convenience to clamp knife. The worktable is easy to adjust the angle by worm gear.
6. The rail use linear guide and ensure the steady horizontal movement of grinding head . the linear guide use TAIWAN HIWIN.
7. This machine use the inverter. It can be easy to adjust the horizontal and vertical speed of the grinding head.
8. Job accuracy of machine is 0.01mm
